The Best Adobo in Cebu

Philippines maybe known for one food trademark in terms of cuisine. and that's Adobo

Foreigners can recall our country with this food. Ask them if what's their favorite Filipino food and they will say Adobo.

As it was expected, Adobo was first introduced by the Spaniards in the 16th Century during the colonization era. For the Spaniards, Adobo is a process of preserving food. A marination of meat which involves seasoning ingredients and other spices.

Adobo is one of the Pinoy's Pride specialties all over the Philippines, especially here in Cebu. This is a very simple yet affordable kind of viand and it is vey easy to cook. Most Filipino loves adobo because of its delicious and juicy meat that really catch the attention of your sense of taste. Why it is called Pinoy's Pride specialty, because this became more popular not just in Cebu but in other country and made other people to cook.
