HOUSE RULES:

• No smoking or pets please inside the condo.
• Avoid excessive noise after 11pm as we have neighbours.
• Please keep bottles/cans/plastic inside the trash can.
• Please switch off the electricity or power points ,& gas valve when the stove not in use.
• If your stay is longer than a few days, please keep neat and tidy & not making a big mess!
• Please keep the apartment tidy as it was when you arrived.

Damages or of loss of property, should there be any, will be charged against your Security Deposit.

• Early reservations the better. Reservation is P 2,000.00 to be used as a security deposit.Refundable after 24hrs /after checking the unit once checked out.Security Deposit only Refundable if there are no lost and damages of the unit.

CAMOTES, an island in North East part of Cebu Province. Inhabited by marvelous people. The island consists of four municipalities, namely San Francisco, Poro, Tudela and Pilar. Camotes was given its name of a famous local tale. The tale was about when a foreign person asked a local who is eating or harvesting camote (root crop) about what was the name of the place (Camotes). The local didn’t understand what the alien says, the local thought that the person was asking about the name of the root crop of the local is holding. And the tale goes on and on, the island was then called a Camotes Island.
