- Has a QUEEN bed,plus Queen&DOUBLE MATTRESS , sofa/lounge,dining table&chairs, LCD TV, fridge, microwave oven, induction cooke r, rice cooker, electric kettle,plates, spoons, forks, glasses, mugs, coffee, towel,basic kitchen/cooking utensils, towels, et c. , shampoo and soap.
- FREE PURIFIED WATER, COFFEE, SUGAR(food safety).
HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking or pets please inside the condo.
- Avoid excessive noise after 11pm as we have neighbours.
- Please keep bottles/cans/plastic inside the trash can.
- Please switch off the electricity or power points ,& gas valve when the stove not in use.
- If your stay is longer than a few days, please keep neat and tidy & not making a big mess!
- Please keep the apartment tidy as it was when you arrived.
RESERVATION:
- Early reservations the better. Reservation is P 2,000.00 to be used as a security deposit.Refundable after 24hrs /after checking the unit once checked out.Security Deposit only Refundable if there are no lost and damages of the unit.
- Lost Key charged P 1,000.00
- Check in time 2pm, check out 10am.
- Any loss of your own personal property,it is your responsibility!we will not be held liable!
